Peggy is a licensed CPA with an MBA from Emory University. She has over 25 years business experience, and is a past partner in Tatum CFO, a national firm of Chief Financial Officers. Peggy was also the founder and CEO of Fountainhead, a company that offered courses to develop the skills of business owners.

Currently, Peggy provides contract CFO services on an interim part-time or project basis.

Peggy served as CFO for Sevista Technologies, an early stage software company, where she was hired to implement all core business processes. She also served as CFO of Planet Studio, a graphic design firm to the Fortune 1000 where her mission was to restore profitability and to regenerate growth. Most recently, Peggy served as the CFO of Inside Job, Inc., an Atlanta-based leadership development firm where she was responsible for building the firm’s infrastructure, including designing and managing its relationships with business partners and external consultants.

Peggy has served over 13 years in public accounting, including more than eight years as a partner/principal, including service with McGladrey Hendrickson & Pullen, a large national CPA firm. While in public accounting, she advised clients in numerous industries on acquisitions, mergers, divestitures and profit enhancement, in addition to providing tax-planning services. Peggy has been particularly successful at assisting companies in re-designing their compensation systems to enhance productivity and morale.

Early in her career, Peggy served as an investment broker with Shearson Lehman/ Robinson Humphrey Co., Inc., where she earned the Superior Performance Award.

Peggy is a registered mediator in the state of Georgia and has been engaged to facilitate agreements between business partners, managers and employees and in other business-related matters.
Peggy was raised in Greenville, South Carolina but has lived in Atlanta, Georgia since 1981. She has a boxer, who she practically considers her son. Her hobbies include ballroom dancing, tennis and reading.
